Coega’s Youth Leadership Development Programme is an annual academy focusing on enhancing leadership qualities in students in higher learning institutions across South Africa, especially those in the Eastern Cape.

The Coega Youth Leadership Academy seeks to give young people the self-confidence to take up leadership positions, while also acting as a mechanism to promote young people as drivers of social transformation.
